Один из активных участников ночной драки, накачанный и немногословный Сергей Демержи, на суде поддержал версию своих друзей. Мол, к бару они подъехали в нужный момент совершенно случайно, не созваниваясь с барменом. Никого не били, просто разнимали подсудимого и лежавшего на нем Гурьевского.

Однако, на самом раннем допросе, проведенном полицейскими в ночь, когда произошла драка, Демержи сознался, что знал от друзей о том, что в баре один из клиентов устроил шум. На суде Сергей Демержи отказался от этих показаний...

Демержи подтвердил слова Барбиеру о том, что в ту ночь они пили коньяк и вино...
